My Journey
“Upon completing my academic studies, I embarked on the design of my inaugural VM. My objective was to provide a unique offering that had not been previously encountered in the market. I developed a VM capable of renting and selling VHS tapes, DVDs, and Blu-ray discs, with the aspiration of creating a machine that would surpass its contemporaries. This endeavor occurred several years prior to the widespread adoption of smartphones, streaming services, and artificial intelligence in daily life. Ultimately, my efforts were successful, as millions of enthusiasts utilized my VM.”
“Do you remember Blockbuster or the neighborhood video rental shop? They were the ‘providers of home relaxation,’ and my VM, installed there, helped users choose the right movie with trailer previews, reviews, and recommendations—features unthinkable for that time in VM.

“The trajectory of that industry is well-documented; it experienced a rapid decline, akin to the fate of Polaroid in the wake of the digital photography revolution, or the swift transition from Nokia phones to iPhones as consumer preferences evolved. Consequently, after the proliferation of VMs for the rental of movies and video games globally, I found it necessary to pursue a new professional direction and to reinvent myself within a different sector, while maintaining the same passion and an even greater commitment to providing innovative and transformative offerings.”
“My exploration within the realm of VMs has progressed to the implementation of advanced solutions for pharmacies through PharmaShop24. Currently, with BeerShop24, I am channeling the same enthusiasm and innovative spirit into an entirely distinct sector. The concept originated from a contemplation of the capabilities of vending machines and the possibility of utilizing them to provide draft beer around the clock, maintaining the same quality and freshness as that offered in a bar, while eliminating the necessity for a bartender.”

Il mio percorso
“Quando fresco di studi ho progettato il mio primo DA, desideravo già allora proporre qualcosa di diverso e che non si fosse mai visto prima: Ho realizzato sì un DA per il noleggio e la vendita dei film in VHS, DVD e Blue Ray, ma volevo che fosse un ‘DA più avanti’ degli altri e questo diversi anni prima che la tecnologia invadesse le nostre vite con smartphone, streaming ed Intelligenza Artificiale: ci sono riuscito e milioni di appassionati si sono serviti dai miei DA.
Ricordi il BlockBuster o il Videoclub di quartiere? Erano i ‘provider del relax domestico’ e i miei DA, installati lì, aiutavano gli utenti a scegliere la pellicola più adatta a loro con proiezioni di trailer, recensioni e suggerimenti ovvero caratteristiche impensabili per quel tempo nei DA: Magari proprio per esserti servito da una di queste macchine per le tue serate di cinema a casa è come se ci conoscessimo già…“
“Beh, sappiamo tutti le sorti di quel settore: è tramontato rapidamente come accaduto alla Polaroid quando si diffuse la fotografia digitale così come ci siamo disfatti in fretta dei telefoni Nokia quando ci siamo innamorati degli iPhone. E così, dopo migliaia di DA per noleggio film e videogiochi in tutto il mondo, dovetti intraprendere un nuovo percorso professionale e rilanciarmi in un settore diverso, ma con la stessa passione e con ancora più voglia di proporre qualcosa di nuovo e rivoluzionante.”
“Il mio viaggio nel mondo dei DA è poi proseguito introducendo soluzioni avanzate per farmacie con PharmaShop24. Ora, con BeerShop24, sto applicando la stessa passione e innovazione a un settore completamente diverso.
L’idea è emersa riflettendo sulle potenzialità dei DA e immaginando come potessero essere utilizzati 24/7 per servire birra alla spina con la stessa qualità e freschezza di un bar senza richiedere la presenza del barista.”

“BeerShop24 è più di un semplice DA per birra alla spina. Abbiamo sviluppato un sistema che mantiene freschezza e qualità, integrando tecnologia avanzata per la gestione delle temperature e delle pressioni della CO2. Il DA incorpora un sistema per l’erogazione del bicchiere e permette la selezione di due o più birre. Un robusto sistema di verifica della maggiore età vigila per evitare il rischio di somministrare alcolici ai minori. Il nostro distributore offre un’esperienza interattiva, con consultazione di informazioni e filmati sulle birre proposte.“
